Ingredients list for Potato Wedges Mildly Spiced
- 8 medium Potatoes
- + for greasing Oil 1 tablespoon
- 1 small Onion roughly chopped
- to taste Sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
- 6-8 Black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180ºC.
- Grind together onion, sea salt, roasted cumin powder, black peppercorns and lemon juice. Apply this ground paste and oil to potato wedges.
- Grease a baking tray and place potato wedges on it.
- Bake the potatoes for ten to fifteen minutes at 180ºC.
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
