Ingredients for Potato Chips _ SK Khazana Recipe

  • Medium chip potatoes 3

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil to deep fry


Step 1

Thinly slice the potatoes, without peeling, directly into ice-cold water.

Step 2

Dab the sliced potatoes with absorbent paper to remove the moisture.

Step 3

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Slide in the potato slices and deep-fry till light golden and crisp.

Step 4

Drain on absorbent paper. Sprinkle salt and mix well.

Step 5

Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
