Ingredients

  • as required Pomegranate pearls
  • 4 tablespoons Pomegranate syrup
  • 4 tablespoons Ginger ale
  • as required Fresh mint leaves
  • as required Lemon juice
  • 2 cups Orange juice
  • 2 cups Apple juice
  • 2-3 tablespoons Honey
  • 4 Orange slices

Method

  1. Put 1 teaspoon pomegranate pearls, 2-3 mint leaves and sufficient lemon juice in each dent of ice tray till they are ½ full. Pour some water in each dent till they are almost full. Cover the tray, keep it in the freezer and freeze till set.
  2. Pour orange juice, apple juice, pomegranate syrup, ginger ale and honey in a blender jar and blend till well combined.
  3. Demould the pomegranate mint ice cubes and put into tall individual serving glasses. Place one orange slice in each glass and fill up the glasses with the apple-orange juice mixture.
  4. Serve chilled.
