Ingredients for Pomegranate Ginger Cooler Recipe

  • Pomegranate pearls as required

  • Pomegranate syrup 4 tablespoons

  • Ginger ale 4 tablespoons

  • Fresh mint leaves as required

  • Lemon juice as required

  • Orange juice 2 cups

  • Apple juice 2 cups

  • Honey 2-3 tablespoons

  • Orange slices 4


Step 1

Put 1 teaspoon pomegranate pearls, 2-3 mint leaves and sufficient lemon juice in each dent of ice tray till they are ½ full. Pour some water in each dent till they are almost full. Cover the tray, keep it in the freezer and freeze till set.

Step 2

Pour orange juice, apple juice, pomegranate syrup, ginger ale and honey in a blender jar and blend till well combined.

Step 3

Demould the pomegranate mint ice cubes and put into tall individual serving glasses. Place one orange slice in each glass and fill up the glasses with the apple-orange juice mixture.

Step 4

Serve chilled.
