Ingredients for Plum Cake Shahi Tukda With Blueberry Cream Recipe

  • Plum cake 1

  • Rabdi

  • Green cardamom powder a pinch

  • Sugar syrup 1/2 cup

  • Whipped cream 1 cup

  • Blueberry jam 5 tablespoons

  • Rabdi 8 tablespoons

  • Nuts finely chopped 4 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Slice plum cake into 8 slices. Add green cardamom powder to sugar syrup and lightlybrush the cake slices with it.

Step 2

Mix together whipped cream and 1 tbsp blueberry jam to make blueberry cream.

Step 3

For each portion place 1 tbsprabdi in the centre of a serving plate, place a plum cake slice over it.

Step 4

Top it with 1 tbsp blueberry cream and cover it with other plum cake slice. Spread 1tbsp rabdi over it.

Step 5

Sprinkle 1 tsp nuts and put 1 tbsp blueberry cream over the nuts.

Step 6

Garnish with 1 tbsp blueberry jam and serve immediately.
