The main difference between Italian and Indo Italian dishes is that the dishes which require stuffing, Indian vegetables and masalas replace the authentic Italian ones. 
Authentic Italian foods use the typical Italian herbs to flavour but very little chillies. And since we Indians like our food to be spicier, plenty of chilli flakes do the needful.

Ingredients for Pizza Style Sandwich Recipe

  • Brown bread 2 slices

  • Mayonniase 2 tablespoons

  • Cheese Slices 2

  • Cabbage grated 1/2 cup

  • Carrot cut into juilliens 1/2 cup

  • Capsicum cut into juilliens 1

  • Chaat masala 1 teaspoon

  • White pepper powder 1 teaspoon


Step 1

Apply the mayonnaise on one side of a bread slice with cheese slice and spread cabbage, carrots and capsicum on top and also sprinkle the chaat masala and white pepper.

Step 2

Then put another bread slice on the top and grill it.
