Ingredients list for Pizza Boat - SK Khazana

  • 400 grams Readymade pizza dough
  • 200 grams Grilled chicken cut into medium cubes
  • 1/2 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese cubes
  • 50 grams Processed cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mixed capsicums dices
  • 4-5 + to garnish Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  • 2 teaspoons Dried mixed herbs
  • 4-5 + to garnish Fresh basil leaves
  • 5-6 Black olives sliced
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespo for drizzling Olive oil
  • as required Egg wash

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 180˚C.
  2. Dust flour on worktop, keep the dough on it and roll out into a 2 mm thick disc.
  3. Grease a baking tray with some oil, place the rolled out disc on, fold it from two sides to shape like a boat.
  4. Apply sauce in the middle of the dough boat, sprinkle ¼ cup mozzarella cubes and grate the processed cheese over them. Spread chicken cubes, capsicums and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle red chilli flakes, mixed herbs, hand torn basil leaves, black olive slices and the remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Sprinkle salt and drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil.
  5. Brush the sides of the pizza boat with egg wash. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Take it out of the oven and drizzle some olive oil. Garnish with basil leaves, halved cherry tomatoes and drizzle some olive oil. Serve hot.
