Ingredients for Pineapple And Lettuce Salad Recipe

  • Pineapple cut into ¾ inch pieces 6 slices

  • Lettuce leaves hand torn 16-20

  • Cucumbers Seeded and cut into 3/4 inch pieces 2 medium

  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

  • Pineapple juice 3 tablespoons

  • Honey 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Dried mixed herbs 1/4 teaspoon

  • Black peppercorns 1/4 teaspoon

  • White pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Wash and keep the iceberg lettuce in ice cold water for about fifteen minutes. Mix lemon juice, pineapple juice, honey, salt, mixed herbs, crushed peppercorns and white pepper powder.

Step 2

Set aside for at least fifteen minutes. Combine lettuce with pineapple and cucumber pieces in a serving bowl. Pour the dressing on the salad and toss lightly. Serve immediately.
