Igredients
- 3 oranges
- 1 medium pineapple
- 2 tablespoons Pro V Premium Chia Seeds
- 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons honey
- Black salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- Crushed ice as required
- Fresh mint leaves as required
- Drinking soda as required
Method
- Take Pro V Premium Chia Seeds in a bowl. Add ½ cup water and set aside to soak for 30 minutes.
- Cut 2 slices of pineapple and further cut into quarters.
- Peel remaining pineapple and chop roughly.
- Take a blender jar. Add oranges, pineapple, squeeze lemon, add honey and blend to fine mixture.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve.
- Add black salt, red chilli powder and mix well.
- Add crushed ice to individual glasses, add mint leaves and soaked chia seeds.
- Pour the prepared drink and top up with drinking soda.
- Stir, garnish with pineapple slices and serve chilled.
