Ingredients for Peri Peri Crispy Corn- Sk Khazana Recipe

  • Peri peri masala powder 3 teaspoons

  • Sweet corn kernels 2 cups

  • Salt to taste

  • Cornflour/ corn starch 2 tablespoons

  • Oil to deep fry


Step 1

Boil sufficient water in a deep pan, add salt and sweetcorn kernels and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain them and put into a bowl. Refrigerate till chilled.

Step 2

Add cornflour to the boiled corn and mix well.

Step 3

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, deep-fry the corn kernels till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

Step 4

Transfer the fried corn into a jar, add peri peri masala powder, cover the jar with a lid and shake well.

Step 5

Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
