Ingredients list for Perfect Phulka-SK Khazana
- 1 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour (att)
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespo teaspoon Oil
- for brushi Ghee
Method
- Mix together whole wheat flour, salt and oil in a parat, add sufficient water and knead into a soft dough.
- Add 1 teaspoon oil and knead again till soft.
- Cover with a moist muslin cloth and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Divide the prepared dough into 12 equal portions and roll into thin discs.
- Heat a non-stick tawa and place each roti on it. Roast lightly on both sides, take it off the tawa and place on direct flame till it puffs up. Turn-over and let the other side puff too.
- Serve smeared with ghee.
