Ingredients for Penne and Broccoli in Creamy Sauce Recipe

  • Penne boiled 2 cups

  • Broccoli florets, blanched 8-10 small

  • White sauce 2 cups

  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic cloves finely chopped 8-10

  • Crushed red chillies 2 teaspoons + for garnishing

  • Salt to taste

  • Milk ½ cup

  • Parmesan cheese powder 2 teaspoons + for garnishing


Step 1

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Add crushed red chillies and white sauce and mix well.

Step 3

Add broccoli, salt and pasta, toss well and cook for 2 minutes. Adjust the consistency by adding the milk.

Step 4

Add Parmesan cheese powder and mix well.

Step 5

Serve hot garnished with crushed red chillies and Parmesan cheese powder.
