How to make Paprika Potato -

Boiled and peeled baby potatoes marinated with sauces and chilli flakes, rolled in breadcrumbs and deep fried.

Ingredients for Paprika Potato Recipe

  • Red Chilli Flakes boiled and peeled 500 grams

  • Baby Potatoes floured 1 tablespoon

  • Cornflour/ corn starch 1 tablespoon

  • Chilli sauce 1 tablespoon

  • Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Mustard sauce 1 tablespoon

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Mixed herbs 1 teaspoon

  • Bread crumbs 1 cup

  • Oil for deep-frying

Method

Step 1

Marinate the potatoes with chilli flakes, cornflour, chilli sauce, garlic paste, salt, mustard sauce, coriander leaves, and mixed herbs.

Step 2

Mix well. Set aside for one hour.

Step 3

In a plate remove bread crumbs. Coat each potato with bread crumbs and set aside.

Step 4

Heat oil in a kadai, deep fry the potatoes till crisp and golden.

Step 5

Remove on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
