Ingredients list for Paprika Potato
- 500 grams Red Chilli Flakes boiled and peeled
- 1 tablespoon Baby Potatoes floured
- 1 tablespoon Cornflour/ corn starch
- 1 tablespoon Chilli sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Mustard sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1 teaspoon Mixed herbs
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- for deep-frying Oil
Method
- Marinate the potatoes with chilli flakes, cornflour, chilli sauce, garlic paste, salt, mustard sauce, coriander leaves, and mixed herbs.
- Mix well. Set aside for one hour.
- In a plate remove bread crumbs. Coat each potato with bread crumbs and set aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai, deep fry the potatoes till crisp and golden.
- Remove on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
