Ingredients list for Papdi Chaat
- 3 Large whole wheat tortillas
 - to deep fry Oil
 - 1/2 cup Mixed sprouts
 - 1/4 cup Onions chopped
 - 1-2 Green chillies chopped
 - 2 Medium potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed
 - 1 teaspoon Mixture of red chilli powder,dried fenugreek leaves,salt, dried mango powder
 - as required Sweet date and tamarind chutney
 - as required Green chutney
 
Method
- Cut the tortillas into bite sized pieces.
 - Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan and deep fry the pieces till crisp. Drain on absorbent napkin.
 - Put mixed sprouts, onions, green chillies, potato and spice mixture in a bowl and mix well.
 - Arrange the tortilla pieces on a serving plate, put some of the sprout mixture on each. Drizzle a little sweet date and tamarind chutney and green chutney.
 - Serve immediately.
