Ingredients list for Paan Popsicles
- ½ cup Meetha paan coursely ground
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- ½ cup Powdered sugar
- 1 cup Milk powder
- 2 tablespoons Gulkand
Method
- Blend together milk, cream and powdered sugar to make a smooth mixture. Transfer into a bowl.
- Add milk powder and whisk. Add meetha paan and candied rose petals and whisk well.
- Pour the milk-paan mixture into the popsicle moulds, cover and freeze for 4-5 hours.
- Demould and serve immediately.
