Ingredients for Paan Popsicles Recipe

  • Meetha paan coursely ground ½ cup

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Fresh cream 1 cup

  • Powdered sugar ½ cup

  • Milk powder 1 cup

  • Gulkand 2 tablespoons


Step 1

Blend together milk, cream and powdered sugar to make a smooth mixture. Transfer into a bowl.

Step 2

Add milk powder and whisk. Add meetha paan and candied rose petals and whisk well.

Step 3

Pour the milk-paan mixture into the popsicle moulds, cover and freeze for 4-5 hours.

Step 4

Demould and serve immediately.
