When the milk comes to a boil, add the orange powder and stir till the milk curdles and forms chenna. Strain chenna, tie it in a muslin cloth and hang it to remove all the excess water. Transfer the chenna into a bowl, add suji, sugar and green cardamom powder and mash well. Grease an aluminium mould with ghee. Transfer the chenna into the mould and press lightly. Cover and put some weight on the lid. Cook on high heat for 2 minutes. Lower the heat and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from the mould, cut and serve.
