Ingredients list for Orange, Avocado And Cottage Cheese Salad
- 10-12 Orange
- 1 large Avacado peeled
- 100 grams Paneer (cottage cheese)
- 5-6 leaves Iceberg lettuce
- 2-3 Basil leaves
- 1 Lemon
- 5 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper powder
Method
- Slice the peeled avocado and squeeze half a lemon over it to prevent it from discolouring.
- Mix together olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to make the dressing. In a serving platter arrange the iceberg leaves. Arrange alternately orange segments, avocado slices and cottage cheese slices.
- Drizzle dressing over the arranged salad, garnish with basil leaves and serve chilled.
