Ingredients list for Nimbu Pani

  • 2 Lemons
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black salt
  • as required Fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes

Method

  1. Squeeze juice of lemons into a bowl. Add sugar, salt, black salt, few fresh hand torn mint leaves and mix well.
  2. Add sufficient water and mix well till sugar dissolves.
  3. Add ice cubes, pour into individual glasses and serve chilled garnished with a mint sprig.
