Ingredients list for Nimbu Pani
- 2 Lemons
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black salt
- as required Fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
Method
- Squeeze juice of lemons into a bowl. Add sugar, salt, black salt, few fresh hand torn mint leaves and mix well.
- Add sufficient water and mix well till sugar dissolves.
- Add ice cubes, pour into individual glasses and serve chilled garnished with a mint sprig.
