Ingredients list for Mung Dhirade
- 3 cups Whole Green Grams soaked
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 1 inch piece chopped
- 1/2 cup Fresh coriander leaves
- 6-7 cloves Garlic
- 4-5 Green chilli
- to taste Salt
- to shallow fry Oil
Method
- Grind the green gram, onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and salt with water to a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a non-stick tawa. Place a spoonful mixture on it. Spread it thinly.Cook on a medium heat for two to three minutes on each side or until done. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
