Ingredients for Mozzarella Panini - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Fresh mozzarella balls 12-16

  • Panini bread 1

  • Butter as required

  • Large tomatoes sliced into roundels 2

  • Pickled jalapenos finely chopped 2 teaspoons

  • Fresh basil leaves hand torn 5-6

  • Salt to taste

  • Black peppercorns crushed to taste


Step 1

Cut panini into 3 pieces and halve each piece horizontally.

Step 2

Spread some butter on each half. Arrange 6 tomato slices on each base half, sprinkle some jalapenos, some basil leaves, salt and crushed peppercorns on top.

Step 3

Slice mozzarella balls into roundels, arrange them on each base half and cover with top halves.

Step 4

Heat a sandwich griller and brush with some butter. Place the sandwiches in it and grill till grill marks appear on both sides.

Step 5

Serve hot.
