Ingredients list for Mint Vegetable Raita
- 1 small bunch Mint leaves
- 200 grams Yogurt
- 1/2 bunch Coriander leaves
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pomegranate seeds
- 1 Green chilli chopped
- 1 Cucumber cut into small dices
- 1 Tomato cut into small dices
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin seeds
Method
- Make a fine paste of mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt, pomengrate seeds and add little water to it.
- In a bowl combine together yogurt, mint paste, green chillies, cucumber and tomato. Also add salt and chaat masala and mix it well. Garnish with roasted cumin powder.
