Ingredients for Microwave Cake Recipe
Whipped Cream 3
Caster Sugar to taste
Castor sugar (caster sugar) 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
Cornflour/ corn starch 2-3 cups
Refined flour (maida) 1 tablespoon
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Cocoa powder 1 1/2 tablespoons
Whipped cream 1 cup
Fresh cherries a few
Beat the eggs. Gradually beat in sugar, a little at a time, then continue to beat until stiff. Add egg yolks and vanilla essence and beat until combined.
Sift together cornflour, flour, salt, cocoa powder and baking powder. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture with a light hand. Pour batter into a microwave container.
