By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Almond powder, Icing sugar Cuisine German Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Marzipan 2 cups Almond powder 1 cup Icing sugar 1/2 cup Powdered sugar 1 teaspoon Lemon juice 1/2 Egg beaten 1 drop eac Red, green and orange food colours Method Take almond powder in a bowl. Sift together icing sugar and powdered sugar into the bowl, add lemon juice and egg, mix well with your hand and knead into a soft dough. Divide the dough into 3 equal portions and place each portion in a different bowl. Add a drop of red colour to one bowl, a drop of green to the 2nd bowl and a drop of orange to the 3rd bowl and knead once again. Stuff some small portions of the coloured dough in different combination into moulds.
