Drain and set aside. Heat 2 tbsps oil in the pan and add onions, garlic and ginger and saute till lightly browned. Add red chilli powder and mix. Add mangodi and 1 cup water and let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Add salt, garam masala powder, kasoorimethi and mix well. Add palak puree and mix and cook for 1 minute.
