Ingredients for Mango Popsicle Recipe

  • Ripe mangoes chopped 1 cup

  • Lemon 1/2

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt 1 teaspoon

  • Castor sugar 1 tablespoon

  • Ripe mango 1/4


Step 1

Put the mango pieces into a blender jar, squeeze the juice of ½ lemon into the jar, add red chilli powder, salt and ½ cup water and blend well.

Step 2

Add castor sugar and ¾ cup water and blend further into a smooth mixture.

Step 3

Cut ¼ mango into small pieces and add to the blended mixture and mix. Pour this mixture into individual popsicle moulds. Place the lid on and freeze till set.

Step 4

De-mould and serve.
