Ingredients list for Mango Paneer
- 2 Raw mango, grated
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 2 Big Onion, sliced
- 250 grams Paneer (cottage cheese)
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- to taste Salt
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan add onions and saute till light brown. Add grated mango and saute for a minute. Add paneer, red chilli powder, cardamon powder, elaichi powder and saute for a minute.
- Add fresh cream and salt and let it simmer for two minutes. Serve hot with puris.
