Ingredients list for Mango Paneer

  • 2 Raw mango, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 Big Onion, sliced
  • 250 grams Paneer (cottage cheese)
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • 1 cup Fresh cream
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan add onions and saute till light brown. Add grated mango and saute for a minute. Add paneer, red chilli powder, cardamon powder, elaichi powder and saute for a minute.
  2. Add fresh cream and salt and let it simmer for two minutes. Serve hot with puris.
