Ingredients list for Mango Cream

  • 1 cup Mango Pulp
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cream
  • 1 Ripe mango peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
  • a pinch Green cardamom powder
  • for garnish Whipped cream

Method

  1. Mix together, mango pulp, fresh cream, powdered sugar, green cardamom powder in a bowl.
  2. Keep aside a few pieces for garnishing, transfer the remaining mango pieces into a tall glass.
  3. Pour the mango-cream over it.
  4. Garnish with whipped cream and the remaining mango pieces and serve chilled.
