Ingredients list for Mango And Pineapple Salad
- 2 large Ripe mangoes 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/2 small Pineapple 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/2 small Iceberg lettuce torn
- to taste Rock salt (sendha namak)
- 1/4 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 3-4 Black peppercorns crushed
Method
- Place mangoes, pineapple and lettuce in a large bowl. Add rock salt, chaat masala and lemon juice and toss to mix well. Sprinkle crushed peppercorns over the salad and serve immediately.
