Ingredients list for Lemon Mint

  • 4 Lemons
  • 2 cups Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup Sugar syrup
  • as required Ice cubes
  • 1 cup Drinking soda
  • 4 for garnishing Lemon slices

Method

  1. Squeeze the juice of lemons into a bowl.
  2. Put fresh mint leaves and ½ cup water in a blender jar and blend. Add lemon juice, sugar syrup and ice cubes and blend again.
  3. Add drinking soda and blend again.
  4. Pour into 4 serving glasses, garnish the rim of each glass with a lemon slice and serve chilled.
