Ingredients for Lemon Mint Recipe

  • Lemons 4

  • Fresh mint leaves 2 cups

  • Sugar syrup 1 cup

  • Ice cubes as required

  • Drinking soda 1 cup

  • Lemon slices 4 for garnishing


Step 1

Squeeze the juice of lemons into a bowl.

Step 2

Put fresh mint leaves and ½ cup water in a blender jar and blend. Add lemon juice, sugar syrup and ice cubes and blend again.

Step 3

Add drinking soda and blend again.

Step 4

Pour into 4 serving glasses, garnish the rim of each glass with a lemon slice and serve chilled.
