Ingredients list for Lemon Chilli Prawn Stick
- 20 large Prawns peeled and deveined
- Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1/2 inch piece Ginger grated
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tablespoon Chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
Method
- Mix garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, chilli sauce, soy sauce, honey and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Add prawns and toss in the mixture and leave it in the refrigerator to marinate for an hour.
- Thread each prawn on a skewer.
- Preheat grill. Grill prawns for three minutes or until they turn pink or till they lose their transparency.
- Serve hot.
