Ingredients list for Lemon Chicken
- 750 grams Chicken cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
Method
- Heat margarine in a non stick pan add cumin seeds, when it starts crackling add red chilli powder, chicken, lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder and saute for two minutes.
- Add ½ cup water and cover the pan cook till chicken is tender.
- Add garam masala and saute for two minutes.
- Remove from flame and serve hot.
