Ingredients list for Kookoo with Potato
- 5 Eggs
- 3 medium Potatoes peeled and grated
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- Fresh parsley
Method
- Break eggs into a bowl, add salt, black pepper powder and beat with an electric beater.
- Add baking powder and beat again. Squeeze the grated potatoes and add to the eggs. Heat oil in a non stick pan, pour 2 ladle full of egg mixture and cook on medium heat.
- Chop parsley finely and sprinkle over the eggs and press gently.Cook till the underside turns a light golden. Flip over and cook till the other side gets similarly cooked. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
