Halve them vertically and further cut into thin slices. Mix together water chestnut flour, red chilli powder, coriander powder, black salt and chopped green chillies. Add sufficient water to make a thick batter. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, dip the cucumber slices into the batter and deep fry till golden brown. Drain onto an absorbent paper and serve hot.
