  • 2 tablespoons Rice soaked
  • 2 tablespoons Split skinless green gram (moong dal soaked
  • 1/2 small Carrot grated
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Put the rice and dal in a pan.
  2. Add one cup of water and salt.
  3. Cover and cook for three to four minutes.
  4. Add carrot and cover and cook till everything is completely soft.
  5. Mash with a hand blender, cool slightly and feed the baby.
