Ingredients for Kelyache Koshimbir Recipe

  • Bananas 4 medium

  • Yogurt 2

  • Fresh coriander leaves sprigs a few

  • Yogurt 500 grams

  • Sugar 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste


Step 1

Peel bananas, cut into small cubes.Remove stems, wash and chop green chillies finely.Clean, wash and chop coriander leaves.

Step 2

Beat yogurt until smooth, add sugar, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves, mix well. Add banana cubes and salt, mix well.

Step 3

Serve chilled as an accompaniment with the meal.
