Ingredients 

  • 4 medium Bananas
  • 2 Yogurt
  • a few Fresh coriander leaves sprigs
  • 500 grams Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Peel bananas, cut into small cubes.Remove stems, wash and chop green chillies finely.Clean, wash and chop coriander leaves.
  2. Beat yogurt until smooth, add sugar, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves, mix well. Add banana cubes and salt, mix well.
  3. Serve chilled as an accompaniment with the meal.
