Ingredients
- 4 medium Bananas
- 2 Yogurt
- a few Fresh coriander leaves sprigs
- 500 grams Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- to taste Salt
Method
- Peel bananas, cut into small cubes.Remove stems, wash and chop green chillies finely.Clean, wash and chop coriander leaves.
- Beat yogurt until smooth, add sugar, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves, mix well. Add banana cubes and salt, mix well.
- Serve chilled as an accompaniment with the meal.
