Kele ke Laddoo-Cook Smart If you have lots of overripe bananas do not despair, make these laddoos with them This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Sep 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Ripe bananas (kele), Ghee Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Kele ke Laddoo-Cook Smart 300 grams Ripe bananas (kele) peeled and mashed finely 2 tablespo for greasing Ghee 4 tablespoons Castor sugar a pinch Green cardamom powder 1/2 cup Roasted sesame seeds (til toasted 1.2 cup Desiccated coconut 1/2 cup Cocoa powder/drinking chocolate Method Heat a non-stick pan, add mashed bananas and stir. Add 2 tablespoons ghee, mix well and cook till the banana leaves the side of the pan. Add sugar, mix well and cook till it reaches a dough like consistency. Add cardamom powder and mix well and cook. till the mixture dries up. Switch off heat and cool down to room temperature. Grease your palms with ghee, divide the cooked banana mixture into equal portions and shape into small laddoos. Coat some laddoos with sesame seeds, some with desiccated coconut and some with cocoa powder/drinking chocolate.
