Ingredients list for Keema Stuffed Chillies

  • 8-12 Big Green chillies
  • 100 grams Chicken mince
  • 4-5 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 4 tablespoons Oil

Method

  1. Slit and deseed the chillies.
  2. Put chicken mince, garlic cloves, soy sauce, pepper powder, salt and honey in a blender jar and hand blend them till well mixed.
  3. Stuff this mixture generously into the chillies. Run a wet finger around the chillies to clean them of any stuffing that may stuck.
  4. Heat oil in a non stick pan, place the chillies in the plan in single layer, cover and cook till both mince and chillies are cooked.
  5. Arrange them on a serving plate and serve hot.
