Ingredients list for Instant Dosa
- 200 grams Refined flour (maida)
- 100 grams Semolina (rawa/suji)
- 1 cup Yogurt
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
Method
- In a bowl combine together refined flour, semolina, yogurt, salt and baking soda and make a smooth batter.
- Heat oil in a non stick tawa and pour a laddleful of batter init and make a thin circular dosa. Cook till golden brown on both the sides. Serve hot with green chutney.
