Ingredients list for Instant Coconut Laddoo
- 2 cups Desiccated coconut
 - 1 cup Condensed milk
 - 2 tablespoons Mixed nuts chopped
 - 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
 
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan and roast the desiccated coconut on a low flame for two to three minutes.
 - Add condensed milk, dry fruits, and green cardamom powder and mix well.
 - Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool slightly, till it can be handled by hand.
 - Shape into laddoos, cool and serve.
