  • Olive oil 1 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Black peppercorns crushed to taste

Method

Step 1

Pour milk into a jar. Add olive oil gradually and beat with an electric hand blender till thick.

Step 2

Transfer into a bowl. Add salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well.

Step 3

Transfer into a sterilized bottle and use as required.
