Ingredients
- 20-25 fresh spinach leaves
- 10-12 broccoli florets
- 1 head pok choy
- 15-18 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsps oil
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black peppercorns (optional)
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with ¼ cup water
Method
- Slice half the garlic cloves.
- Heat oil in a non-stick wok and add garlic. Roughly chop spinach and add to the wok.
- Add broccoli and pok choy, toss and saute. Add ½ cup water and cook. Add salt and mix.
- If you wish you can add a little crushed black peppercorns. Add 2-3 tsps cornstarch water and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Slice the remaining garlic cloves and mix.
- Transfer into a serving dish and serve hot.
