Ingredients

  • 1 large pineapple,peeled, cored and cut into small pieces
  • 4-5 inch celery, roughly chopped
  • 1 small cucumber, roughly chopped
  • 2 inches ginger, roughly chopped
  • Ice cubes as required
  • 1 cup tender coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Method

  1. Blend together pineapple, celery, cucumber and ginger into a smooth mixture. Add few ice cubes, tender coconut water and chia seeds and blend again.
  2. Pour equally into serving glasses and serve.
