Ingredients
- 1 large pineapple,peeled, cored and cut into small pieces
- 4-5 inch celery, roughly chopped
- 1 small cucumber, roughly chopped
- 2 inches ginger, roughly chopped
- Ice cubes as required
- 1 cup tender coconut water
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Method
- Blend together pineapple, celery, cucumber and ginger into a smooth mixture. Add few ice cubes, tender coconut water and chia seeds and blend again.
- Pour equally into serving glasses and serve.
