Ingredients list for Cucumber and Kokum Ice Candy

  • 4 Medium cucumbers peeled and cut into roundels
  • 4 tablespoons Kokum syrup
  • 16-20 Fresh mint leaves
  • 3-4 tablespoons Sugar syrup

Method

  1. Put cucumber slices, mint leaves and sugar syrup into smooth mixture. Transfer in a jar. Add kokum syrup and mix well.
  2. Pour the cucumber-kokum mixture into individual popsicle moulds, cover and freeze for 5-6 hours or till set.
  3. Demould and serve immediately.
