Ingredients list for Cucumber and Kokum Ice Candy
- 4 Medium cucumbers peeled and cut into roundels
- 4 tablespoons Kokum syrup
- 16-20 Fresh mint leaves
- 3-4 tablespoons Sugar syrup
Method
- Put cucumber slices, mint leaves and sugar syrup into smooth mixture. Transfer in a jar. Add kokum syrup and mix well.
- Pour the cucumber-kokum mixture into individual popsicle moulds, cover and freeze for 5-6 hours or till set.
- Demould and serve immediately.
