Ingredients for Healthy Cookies Recipe

  • Muesli 1 cup

  • Oats 1 cup

  • Eggs 2

  • pumpkin puree ½ cup

  • Coconut oil 2 tablespoons

  • Honey ¼ cup

  • Pumpkin seeds roasted 2 tablespoons

  • Cranberries dried 2 tablespoons

  • Flax seeds toasted and crushed 2 tablespoons

  • Cinnamon powder a pinch

  • Whole wheat flour (atta) 2 tablespoons

  • Salt a pinch


Step 1

Break eggs into a bowl. Add pumpkin puree and mix. Add coconut oil and whisk. Add honey and whisk well.

Step 2

Add muesli, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, flaxseeds, cinnamon powder and oats and mix.

Step 3

Add wheat flour and mix. Add salt and mix well. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Step 4

Preheat oven to 180º C.

Step 5

Divide the oats mixture into equal portions, shape into balls and flatten lightly. Place them on a baking tray.

Step 6

Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.

Step 7

Serve or store in an air-tight jar.
