Ingredients list for Hash Brown Potatoes
- 6 medium Potato parboiled
 - 1 medium Onion finely chopped
 - to taste Salt
 - 7-8 Black peppercorns ground coarsely
 - 1 pinch Nutmeg powder
 - 2 teaspoons Fresh parsley chopped
 
Method
- Peel and grate potatoes. Heat a non-stick pan. Add onion and roast till translucent. Remove from heat. Preheat oven to 200°C.
 - Mix grated potatoes and roasted onions along with salt, half teaspoon of ground peppercorns, nutmeg powder.
 - Mix well and arrange potato mixture in a tray and spread evenly with hand. Sprinkle the remaining ground peppercorns.
 - Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for ten to fifteen minutes or till the mixture gets a light brown colour. Cut into portions, garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
