Add the French beans, cauliflower, crushed green peas, salt and pepper powder. Mix and cook on low heat for three to four minutes. Add the cottage cheese and mix. Set aside to cool. Place one tablespoon of this filling in one corner of each spring roll sheet, apply the maida paste on the edges and roll till the opposite corner. Seal the open edges by pressing lightly. You can also fold in the two ends to shape like a parcel or gather the edges together in pleats and shape it into a potli. Heat plenty of oil in a kadai and deep-fry the bags until golden. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce.
