Ingredients list for Fruity Muesli-Cook Smart

  • 1 Medium apple
  • 1 cup + for garnish Fresh pomegranate pearls
  • 2 cups Oats
  • 2 cups Apple juice
  • 10-12 Almonds toasted
  • 10-12 Walnuts toasted
  • 1/2 cup Thick yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Honey

Method

  1. Take oats in a bowl, add apple juice and let it soak overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Grate apple, add to the soaked oats and mix well.
  3. Cut almonds into slivers and roughly chop walnuts.
  4. Reserve some of the nuts for garnishing and add the remaining to the oats. Add yogurt and honey and mix well.
  5. Add pomegranate pears and mix well. Transfer into serving bowls and refrigerate to chill.
  6. Serve chilled garnished with reserved nuts and pomegranate pearls.
