Ingredients list for Fruit Kebabs
- 1 large Apples 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 large Kiwi Fruit 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 large Bananas 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 slices Pineapple 1 1/2 inch pieces
- For marinade
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Brown sugar
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Oil
Method
- To prepare the marinade take honey in a bowl. Add lemon juice, brown sugar, salt and olive oil and mix well. String the fruit pieces on skewers in this order: apple, kiwi, banana, pineapple, plum. Pour the marinade over the fruits.
