Ingredients list for Fruit Kabab - SK Khazana
- 1 Medium apple
- 1 Medium pear
- 1 cup Pineapple cubes
- 20-24 Black grapes
- 20-24 Green grapes
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chilli flakes
- to taste Salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 180º C.
- Whisk together brown sugar, chilli flakes, salt, honey, lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl.
- Cut apple and pear into cubes and add to the bowl. Add pineapple cubes, black and green grapes. Mix well and set aside for 8-10 minutes.
- Skewer fruits alternatively onto satay sticks and place on a baking tray. Put tray in preheated oven and bake for 7-8 minutes.
- Serve hot.
