Ingredients for Fruit Kabab - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Medium apple 1

  • Medium pear 1

  • Pineapple cubes 1 cup

  • Black grapes 20-24

  • Green grapes 20-24

  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup

  • Red chilli flakes 1 1/2 teaspoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Honey 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Lemon juice 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon


Step 1

Preheat oven to 180º C.

Step 2

Whisk together brown sugar, chilli flakes, salt, honey, lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl.

Step 3

Cut apple and pear into cubes and add to the bowl. Add pineapple cubes, black and green grapes. Mix well and set aside for 8-10 minutes.

Step 4

Skewer fruits alternatively onto satay sticks and place on a baking tray. Put tray in preheated oven and bake for 7-8 minutes.

Step 5

Serve hot.
