  • 200 grams Milk Chocolate melted
  • 5-6 Golden Apricots shredded
  • 2 inch Candied peel shredded
  • 10-12 Raisins
  • 10-12 Cranberries dried
  • 10-12 Pistachios toasted
  • 10-12 Almonds blanched, peeled and toasted

Method

  1. Draw a circle impression on a butter paper using a coin and place it on a tray.
  2. Pour melted chocolate in a piping bag and pipe chocolate in the circle. Place the fruits and nuts on it.
  3. Refrigerate for 10 minutes and serve.
