Ingredients list for Fritata
- 4 Eggs
- Spinach Leaves
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1 medium Onion
- 6 Mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 10-12 Spinach leaves (palak)
- 6-8 florets Broccoli blanched
- 4 Black olives
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.Break eggs into a bowl and beat. Add salt and pepper powder and mix. Halve onion and then cut into thick slices. Quarter mushrooms.
- Heat olive oil in a non stick pan, add onion and sauté. Chop spinach roughly. Chop broccoli. Add mushroom and broccoli to the pan. Slice olives.
- Add spinach leaves to the pan and mix. Pour eggs into the pan. Arrange the olive slices on top and keep the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
